Internal Information Channel and Policy of the Internal Information System (SII) of the Long-Distance Fleet Advisory Council (LDAC)
The LDAC Internal Information Channel is the preferred channel for internally reporting possible infringements committed in a work or professional context, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This channel is part of the LDAC's Internal Information System (SII), which is managed in accordance with the general principles established in our SII Policy. Furthermore, the protocol for prevention and action against workplace harassment, sexual harassment and/or gender-based harassment can be consulted here.
These principles include security, confidentiality, proportionality, objectivity, respect for the guarantees of those involved and the applicable regulations, as well as the need for the whistleblower to act in good faith and with an honest belief that serious harmful events have occurred or may occur.
Communications to the LDAC Internal Information Channel
Communications to the LDAC Internal Information Channel may be made through any of the following channels:

Communications made using the ‘LDAC Internal Information Channel’ form may be made in writing or verbally, or both. - By sending a written communication to the attention of the LDAC Internal Information Channel Instructor at the following postal address: LDAC, Calle Núñez de Balboa, 49, 3ºizq 28001, Madrid (Spain).
- At the request of the informant made through any of the identified channels, the communication may also be submitted through a face-to-face meeting within a maximum period of seven days.
Communications received through the LDAC Internal Information Channel will be processed in accordance with the Procedure for the management and processing of information received through the LDAC Internal Information Channel, which is attached as Annex 1 to the aforementioned SII Policy.
As indicated in this Procedure, communications may be made anonymously.
